Refund and Return Policy
- Please inspect the doll as soon as you receive it to verify all parts are included. If there are any issues or damages, please email us so we can help you.
- In the event you must return the doll for replacement or exchange, please make sure the doll is in totally brand new and not used condition. A doll that has been opened or used is not a returnable item.
- We are able to accept returns up to 30 days after the package has been delivered with the doll in totally brand new and not used condition.
- The refund for return: customer will receive 70% payment refund check. We will charge 30% restock fee.
Cancellations
- All orders must be cancelled within 2 hours of payment. Contact us via email: jsdollsllc@gmail.com and we will process the refund for free and will issue it immediately.
- Any cancellations over the 2 hour window will deduct 20% of payment as compensation and the customer will receive 80% refund of the payment. The 80% refund will be refund back to your original payment method.
